How my pricing works

I believe in being transparent about my rates, as coaching relies on trust, and this is my first opportunity to earn yours. You will see explicit pricing for each of my offerings, and multiple rates to choose from. In order to understand what you’re looking at, please give this a quick read:

When I set my prices, I consider my own financial needs, my expertise, and my personal capacity. I also consider accessibility and equity.

Radical Sliding Scale for Queer and/or BIPOC clients experiencing financial hardship

Those of you whose situations are described by the THIRD bottle (financial hardship) and who identify as queer and/or BIPOC are eligible for my Radical Sliding Scale Spots ($99/month). Please click here to join that wait list. These spots open up any time someone with income security chooses to pay my Wealth-Sharing rate.


Tiered Pricing for all other clients:

Those of you who fall into the FIRST or SECOND bottles will select from three rates, based on your circumstances:

  • Accessible Rate

    A reduced rate for those who are financially stable, but can’t afford my standard rates without experiencing a significant financial burden.

  • Standard Rate

    My standard rates for this work - based on my expertise, my financial needs, and the time I invest in you.

  • Wealth-Sharing Rate

    When you choose this rate, you are directly sponsoring a radical sliding scale spot for the duration of our work together.

In a nutshell - if investing in coaching would lead to financial hardship - an inability to meet your basic needs - and you are queer and/or BIPoC, then you qualify for my radical sliding scale waitlist. If investing in coaching is a sacrifice - forgoing other desired things, but still able to meet your basic needs - then you should be paying my tiered prices.

I do not ask for proof or documentation: this is based on mutual trust and open conversation. That said, I can only take a limited number of people at my radical sliding scale and accessible rates; if you inappropriately claim one of these rates when you are actually capable of paying my standard or wealth-sharing rates, be aware that you are taking a spot from someone that genuinely needs that access.
