Workshop 1:
OPPRESSOR SHENANIGANS

-Wednesday, Nov 5th, 2025
at 4:00 PM US Eastern Time-
(1:00 PM PST / 2:00 PM MST / 3:00 PM CST)

Most of our random daily experiences with oppression aren’t the biggest, scariest ones. Nope - they’re covert and casual.

How often do we walk away from conversations, workplaces and even random encounters feeling OFF, but not sure how to put a finger on what just happened?

TOO OFTEN.

It’s by design, y’all.
Oppression is meant to f*ck with our heads.

But once we recognize what people are up to, we’re waaaaaay less likely to get sucked into dynamics that feel crappy to us.

From hopping off the oppressor’s treadmill (trust me, you’ve DEFINITELY been on it) to recognizing the whispering ally (I bet you know EXACTLY who I’m talking about), I’m here to put words to some all-too-familiar experiences, and help you stop falling for them.

In this practical and hands-on 90-minute workshop, we’ll dive into alllll the coercive shenanigans of the casual oppressors wandering around in our lives - and how to avoid getting lost in them.

We’re gonna laugh, clutch our heads, commiserate,
and take our f*cking power back.

Workshop 2:
HOLDING OUR LINE

-Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025
at 4:00 PM US Eastern Time-
(1:00 PM PST / 2:00 PM MST / 3:00 PM CST)

It SUCKS to walk away from an interaction or situation feeling like we abandoned ourselves.

That might look like putting on a “performance” that doesn’t actually feel like YOU (why am I being so fake-cheery right now?), saying “yes” to something when you wish you’d said “no” (oh, great, guess now I’m doing another unpaid DEI workshop for my employer), failing to speak up for yourself or set a boundary , desperately trying to win the approval of someone toxic…

…and the list goes on.

You know when it happens, because it feels like SHIT.

As marginalized humans, what makes it so hard to show up for ourselves in these situations? And more importantly - how do we start to change that?

In this practical and hands-on 90-minute workshop, I’ll go over lots of real-life examples, help you identify the habits you need to change, and offer you concrete tools, tips and skills to start holding the line inside and outside of yourself.

LET’S GO.
